Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed. When you purchase a product from Doron Supply, you are granted immediate access to proprietary digital files that cannot be “returned.”

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days at support@doronsupply.com. We’ll verify the duplicate purchase and issue a refund for the extra transaction.
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please notify us as soon as possible. We will investigate and work with our payment processor to resolve the issue.
