Refund Policy

At Doron Supply, we’re committed to providing high-quality digital tools, resources, and plugins to help creatives bring their work to life. Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final.
No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed. When you purchase a product from Doron Supply, you are granted immediate access to proprietary digital files that cannot be “returned.”
Eligibility for Refund (Unaccessed Downloads)
You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded or accessed the product files.
- You provide proof of non-access (such as an order number and confirmation of no download activity).

Please ensure you’ve reviewed the product descriptions, previews, software compatibility requirements, and any FAQs before completing your purchase.
Technical Issues or File Problems
If you experience a technical issue (such as a corrupted file, download error, or compatibility concern), please reach out to us at support@doronsupply.com. We’re happy to assist with troubleshooting and ensure you receive the correct files or instructions needed to use your purchase.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days at support@doronsupply.com. We’ll verify the duplicate purchase and issue a refund for the extra transaction.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please notify us as soon as possible. We will investigate and work with our payment processor to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being blocked from future purchases. We’re happy to assist with any issues directly and quickly at support@doronsupply.com.
