Please read this Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Doron Supply ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing or using our products, you ("you", "customer", or "user") agree to be bound by the terms below.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you have given consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for both personal and commercial use, subject to the restrictions outlined below.

You may not, under any circumstances:
Unless otherwise stated, plugins may be activated on up to two (2) devices per license. Unauthorized duplication, activation circumvention, or use of cracked versions will result in license termination and may lead to legal action.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive instructions via email to create an account and access your downloads through our user portal.
Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
If access issues arise, users may attempt recovery through the portal or contact support for a manual re-send if applicable.
Refunds are only offered within 24 hours of purchase, and only if the product has not yet been downloaded.
After that period, refunds are at our sole discretion, and typically only granted in cases where:
Misreading product descriptions, system incompatibility, or change of mind are not valid reasons for a refund.
We offer product support for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Support includes installation help, bug fixes, and product-related troubleshooting. It does not include customization, training, or compatibility with unsupported systems.
While we strive to ensure all product details and instructions are accurate, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Visual previews may vary slightly depending on your screen or software version.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to products if you violate any terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the products in your possession.
All content, products, graphics, branding, digital products, source files, and related content remain the intellectual property of Doron Studio LLC. You may not claim ownership of, or create derivative works from, our products outside the granted license terms.
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
Violation may result in termination of your access or legal consequences.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. All products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doron Supply LLC from any claims, damages, or demands, including legal fees, related to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
